The Titan Centurion Squat Suit is the only suit to ever earn a U.S. Patent because of its ability to significantly increase performance over conventional designs. Bench Shirt - F6

The F6 is specifically designed for arched benchers, to improve control and increase the potential for bigger benches!

  1. Like the Fury, the F6 sleeves are set at a 90° angle as you look down the length of the shirt. However, the big difference is in the angle of the sleeves as you look across the shirt. The sleeves on the F6 are set at a forward, tilted angle.
  2. As the lifter lies down on the bench and begins arching into position, the sleeves on the F6 tilt back to the optimum 90° angle in both planes - and only after the arched position is assumed.
  3. This design accomplishes:

    (i) A lower groove - the new sleeve allows the bar to drop straight to the optimal pressing point or "sweet spot" with less wandering of the bar.
    (ii) Maximum stroke efficiency - A more efficient stroke is created since less energy is expended.
    (iii) More control - a lower groove and maximum stroke efficiency creates more stability and control.
    (iv) Increased power - all of the above add up to the ability to redirect previously expended power to directly pressing the bar UP !

Bench Shirt - Fury

The Fury, uses a unique hemispherical sleeve base design that distributes stress around the base of the sleeve.

By using a stretchable fabric on the back of the shirt The Fury Bench Press Shirt allows for:
  • Easier arching
  • Maximum lat expansion and lat utilization while benching
  • Less effort to put on and less effort to take of
This suit is designed to be worn over the top of the bench shirt during a competition.

Wrist Wraps help to support your wrists in the squat and benchpress while knee wraps are used to help support your knees during the squat.
