We realize kettlebell training is new to most people. That's why we offer a free half-hour session with one of our trainers to give you a feel for it.  Just call ahead to let us know your coming and we’ll be glad to put you through the basics of a Punch workout at one of our designated times. Afterwards, feel free to sign up for a more in-depth one-on-one workshop with a trainer, or ask about our membership options!
