We offer a group training option in the training department guaranteed to increase your level of fitness through an excitingly new approach to working out. This work out focuses on functional, or as we call it “lifestyle enhancement” training or Kettlebell exercises that get you up and moving in small groups working on exercises that will help you:

  • Perform better in sports.
  • Be more active in all aspects of your life.
  • Make even the simple things such as chasing your kids or loading groceries in your car easier and more enjoyable.

Functional training and Kettlebell exercises work on your core strength areas, they affects how far you hit a golf ball, how you feel after sitting in your office all day, how your back feels after lugging your kids around for the weekend and other basic physical everyday movements we all take for granted.

Using equipment such as medicine balls, bands, balance pads, this exciting approach is very simple to adapt to and delivers instant results.

 

 

Group Personal Training: Kettlebells

Our BEST Training on offer is our Kettlebell Training which offers a fun and effective circuit-style training program like no other.

 

It’s fitness that has been around for over 150 years, yet it seems so new that even our members have a hard time explaining what they do to their friends. We say kettlebells, ropes, rocks medicine balls and other numerous other fitness tools at its most fun level and people still don’t know what we’re talking about. They're on every major news station; the talk of several major league sports teams and even one of the most popular soap opera stars in the world changed her body and her career working out with our cool stuff.

 

Whether you’re looking to lose weight and become fit, regain flexibility, rehab an injury or increase overall or athletic performance... our Kettlebell program will help you achieve your fitness goals! You have to experience it to truly understand it. We have redefined what it means to be fit, and what it takes to attain true fitness. Gone are the days of boring isolation movements and endless minutes on a treadmill. The Kettlebell training regiment with Sean Muir is a blend of fitness philosophies and workout structures which guarantee a vibrant and effective workout for your body and mind! Forget about walking into a gym where you are just another number and walk out feeling unfulfilled.

 

Classes are regularly scheduled or can be booked on an appointment basis if you have two or more participants ready to go. We have classes going on all the time and can usually find you a group to join that is already in progress.
