Most people find 1 or 2 variations of exercise that they enjoy and they stick to. Wheather it be Group Fitness (Aerobics), Strength (Resistance) or Lifestyle Enhancement (Functional) Training, sticking to one will help you measure your improvements, which is a BIG motivator.

Your more likely to get better results working hard on a couple of thing than working mediocre on lots of things.

Contrary to belief and suggestions by many inexperienced instructors, a large variation of exercise can be a long term disaster when it comes to retaining a fitness routine, although small advancing changes can help keep you on your toes and progress your results.

We understand that you may not use all of these but will not charge you extra if you want to use any or all of these services.

Personal Training can be arranged for Strength, Cardio and Functional Training at a rate.

If your new to health and fitness, one way to get more comfortable would be to spend a little more time with a trainer to put you on the right track. Our trainers are here to help you achieve your goals!!! They have qualifications ranging from Certificate III in Fitness to Sports Science Degrees.

Set realistic goals and a training routine you can stick with. Begin your training plan with something you can stick with. If twice a week is what you think you can stick with, train twice per week. Overtraining is very common amoungst beginers.Very often more that 3 times per week on a gym routine is unsustainable.
